Distributed by design
A team operating across multiple time zones, with overlapping working hours that keep momentum moving while clients sleep. Async-first communication, documented decisions, no meeting theater.
The difference shows in how we work — not in how we describe ourselves.

Every engagement ships production-grade code, live campaigns, or working systems. We don’t write decks for a living. We instrument, deploy, and maintain.
Natively bilingual in English and Spanish, with capacity to extend across other languages. Forms, intakes, ads, and internal documentation run equally well in either — translation isn’t a feature, it’s the default.
Every system ships with technical and operational documentation. When the engagement ends, your team can keep building without us. We’re a resource, not a dependency.
Franco founded Supraide after a decade of building marketing infrastructure for businesses across multiple industries — from local services to mid-market B2B operations. Background combines paid acquisition (over $1M in managed ad spend) with full-stack engineering across PHP, Next.js, React Native, and AI integrations on Anthropic’s Claude API.
The thesis behind Supraide came from a recurring observation: most marketing operations break not because of strategy, but because of infrastructure. Disconnected tools, manual handoffs, and systems no one designed for the actual work. The studio was built to fix that — by engineering marketing as a system, not selling it as a service.
Operates a portfolio of products in parallel with client work: lead generation platforms, scheduling SaaS, multi-tenant community software, and AI-powered tooling. Skin in the game isn’t a slogan — it’s how the work gets pressure-tested.
The studio didn’t appear overnight. Every decision was earned by a previous one.
Early client engagements focused on paid acquisition and lead intake systems. First $250K in managed ad spend. The pattern emerges: marketing problems are almost always infrastructure problems wearing a marketing costume.
Shift from project-based work to systems-based engagements. Custom CRMs, client portals, and lead engines become the core deliverable. Crossed $1M in managed ad spend by year end.
Formally founded as an engineering studio with a single thesis: stop selling deliverables, start shipping infrastructure. Production capacity expanded with a distributed team across multiple time zones.
Anthropic’s Claude API integrated into client workflows. Custom RAG pipelines, document intelligence, and AI-assisted operational tooling become core practice areas alongside paid acquisition and engineering.
Brand and positioning consolidate around the AI-native marketing & engineering studio model. Service catalog formalized into three disciplines: lead engines, custom systems, and AI integration.
If you disagree with any of these, we're not the studio for you. Better we both find that out early.
Every Supraide engagement ends in production code, ad campaigns running, or systems live. PDFs full of recommendations are a tax on your time. We arrive with a hammer, not a deck.
AI isn't magic. It's a tool we design, audit, monitor for cost, and maintain like any other piece of infrastructure. We embed it where it works, not where it sounds impressive.
Our team operates natively in English and Spanish, with capacity to extend across other languages. Our copy, our intake, our ads, our internal communication — all of it works in multiple languages from day one. Translation is the wrong mental model; multilingual operation is the right one.
Nothing ships without instrumentation. Every campaign, system, and product comes with measurable outcomes documented from day one. We send invoices for what we shipped, not what we promised.
