Local directory experiment, Rivas
A neighborhood business directory that grew faster than expected. Shut down for operational reasons — not lack of demand. The lesson stuck.
Agency operations begin
First law firm clients. Ad management, lead intake systems, custom CRMs. Crossed $1M in managed ad spend by year end.
Supraide formally launches
Founded as a studio with a thesis: stop selling deliverables, start selling infrastructure. Production team established in Rivas.
AI-native positioning
Anthropic Claude API integrated into client workflows. Custom RAG pipelines, document intelligence, and native AI agents become core practice areas.
Hispanic SMB expansion
Brand v1.0 launches. Bilingual offering scales from law firms to immigration practices, restaurants, and Hispanic-owned SMBs across the DMV.

Every Supraide engagement ends in production code, ad campaigns running, or systems live. PDFs full of recommendations are a tax on your time. We arrive with a hammer, not a deck.
AI as infrastructure.
AI isn't magic. It's a tool we design, audit, monitor for cost, and maintain like any other piece of infrastructure. We embed it where it works, not where it sounds impressive.
Bilingual by default.
Our team operates between English and Spanish. Our copy, our intake, our ads, our internal comms — all of it works equally well in either language. Translation is the wrong mental model.
